    Why custom CRM instead of off-the-shelf?

    No per-user pricing — the gap between 500 TL/month for 10 users and 50,000 TL/month for 1000 users can pay for custom CRM within months. Full customization — off-the-shelf CRM systems are generic and fit your workflow about 60%. Source code is yours — transfer to another team or run in-house. Integrations impossible in off-the-shelf (custom accounting, sector-specific marketplaces, in-house tools) are standard in custom CRM.

    Can I migrate data from my existing CRM?

    Yes. Excel, , SQL dump, or direct database access — whichever is accessible. Data is extracted from off-the-shelf CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) exports, transformed, and loaded into the new CRM. During the parallel-run period (1-2 weeks), the old and new systems operate together to detect inconsistencies.

    How many users does it support?

    No user limit. 10 or 10,000 users — it only depends on server capacity. The base package comfortably handles 50-100 active users; 1,000+ users scale with additional infrastructure (load balancer, DB replication, Redis cache). Unlike off-the-shelf CRM programs, you don't pay extra as users grow.

    Is the mobile app included?

    In the Module and Full packages, web-based mobile-responsive UI is standard — full functionality from the phone. A native iOS/Android app is included in the Monthly Subscription model; in other models it's an add-on module (extra fee). Push notifications, offline mode, biometric login are possible in native.

    How long does delivery take?

    Module Package (3-5 modules) 6-10 weeks. Full Enterprise CRM (8 modules + custom workflow) 3-6 months, depending on complexity. Large enterprise projects with 100+ users take 6-12 months. With iterative sprints, you see the first working module by weeks 2-4 — no delivery-day surprises.

    Will the source code be ours?

    Yes. At delivery, source code (Git repository), database schema, architecture documentation and user guide are transferred to you. You can move to another software firm. Even in the subscription model, source code is delivered on request — we continue running the CRM while you own the code.

    Cloud or on-premise hosting?

    Your choice: AWS, DigitalOcean, Hetzner, Azure or your own datacenter/servers. Some sectors require on-premise due to KVKK/GDPR — we can set up and manage this. In the Monthly Subscription model, we manage hosting; in other models it's handed to you (separate managed service available).
